Who+Why are delighted to be working in partnership with a small creative agency in the heart of Bristol looking for their first Client Services hire. Ideally as an established integrated Account Director you'll bring ideas, strategic input around briefs, project management and client development.
This small but perfectly formed brand, advertising and marketing studio are based in central Bristol. As a guide we're looking for an Account Director with experience in:
- Taking and shaping multiple briefs and planning projects
- Managing creative output to ultimately wow clients
- Hands-on input into strategically solid and creatively rich briefs for creative teams
- Managing all aspects of integrated campaign production through external partners
- Spotting opportunities to grow and develop accounts, and turn them into living briefs
If you've been working in a bigger agency setting across a range of channels and are now ready for real change, more autonomy and almost complete control and opportunity to shape and develop a client services function, this could be a great move. You'll work with the creative partners in bringing integrated campaigns to life for a range of exceptional international clients. As Account Director you'll also be a key part of the agency's future growth.
On offer is a salary around the £50,000 mark, 25 days holiday (plus Christmas close-down), flexible working, hybrid (central Bristol), bonus, professional development budget.
