I am now seeking an enthusiastic and motivated person to join the team. You'll benefit from the latest technology, ongoing training and coaching, and exposure to an active market from day one. Your initial focus will be on connecting with job-seeking candidates, guiding them through our registration and compliance process. Once your registered candidates are placed in roles, you'll start earning commission. As you achieve clear performance targets, you'll be promoted to Account Manager where you’ll enjoy taking on further responsibilities and unlocking higher commission tiers. I am committed to your growth and will discuss these exciting steps with you as you progress. I am looking for someone with: * Strong IT Literacy and digital common sense * Proficiency in Mac OS and Windows, including Word, Excel, and their Google/Mac equivalents * Excellent communication, presentation, and telephone skills * A proactive approach to learning and retaining new information * A willingness to develop skills in candidate resourcing, account management, and booking processes * Organisational skills for managing job boards and conducting candidate searches * Confidence in conducting first-stage video interviews While not essential, experience in the following areas would be advantageous: * Recruitment * B2B Sales * Telesales / Customer service * Retail Sales * Hospitality (Bartending, Waiting etc.) * Any form of sales I also value real-world experience, obsessions and interest that demonstrate: * Commercial awareness and an interest in current affairs * Organisational skills through planning events * A competitive spirit and drive to succeed (even if past sporting pursuits are no longer active) * A strong conviction that a career in sales is the right path (regardless of previous experience) * Creativity and a unique perspective * A strong work ethic and determination to achieve goals If you're ready to take control of your career and earnings, please send your CV for consideration.
