Infrastructure and Network Service Manager – 3-month – London (hybrid) – £450 p/d (Outside IR35)

Globally renowned hospitality client is seeking an experienced Infrastructure and Network Service Manager to join their team on an initial 3-month contract. This pivotal role will focus on the governance and delivery of infrastructure and network services provided by third-party suppliers. You will play a key role in ensuring that outsourced partners deliver secure, reliable, and scalable technology across a complex, multi-site estate.

The Infrastructure and Network Service Manager will be responsible for the overall performance, availability, and reliability of infrastructure and network services, including WAN/LAN, connectivity across locations, cloud platforms, and end-user computing. A solid understanding of IT Service Management principles is essential, as is the ability to apply them to improve service quality and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent vendor management capabilities, a proactive approach to service delivery, and the communication skills to work effectively with both internal stakeholders and external service providers.
