We are growing and looking for a highly motivated Senior Associate to join our team. This is an opportunity to work directly with Partners and Founders on high-profile search and market intelligence mandates, often involving senior and strategically important hires.

Role Overview

As a Senior Associate, you will play a critical role in the delivery of retained search mandates. You’ll take ownership of candidate research, engagement, and assessment processes, while also supporting business development and client delivery. This role suits someone with prior experience in executive search, management consulting, or talent-focused roles in professional services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead candidate research and mapping activities across international markets.
  • Engage and assess senior-level talent (e.g., Partners, MDs, C-suite) through structured outreach and interviews.
  • Prepare high-quality market intelligence reports, longlists, and candidate assessments.
  • Support client delivery – including participation in update calls and the drafting of client-facing documents.
  • Contribute to business development efforts through market mapping, pitch support, and sector insights.
  • Work closely with the firm’s Partners on high-priority, often confidential projects (e.g., team lift-outs, acquisition targets).
  • Help coach and develop junior team members as the firm scales.

Candidate Profile

  • 3–6 years’ experience in executive search within either the Management Consulting or Financial Services sectors.
  • Excellent research and analytical skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to engage senior candidates and clients.
  • Commercially curious with a strong interest in the consulting and professional services sectors.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset – comfortable working in a small, growing firm with lots of autonomy.
  • Degree-educated or equivalent professional experience.
