About the Role:
In this exciting role, you'll play a pivotal role in bringing new customers on board. You'll be responsible for completing customer due diligence, assessing affordability, and guiding customers through their loan options.
What You'll Do:
- Verify customer identity and income through thorough due diligence checks.
- Assess financial affordability by analyzing income and expenditure.
- Conduct telephone consultations to establish accurate monthly outgoings.
- Provide clear explanations and complete quotations to empower customers to make informed decisions.
- Actively progress applications through outbound calls.
- Handle customer and dealer inquiries regarding application status.

- A confident and articulate communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
