Our client Simmons and Hanbury have been instructed on a new part time Legal Counsel opportunity at a leading global services provider. This is a chance for an Associate or Legal Counsel to join a top tier and friendly in-house team at a global high performing company based in Surrey.
Key responsibilities:
- Dealing with complex commercial agreements including tech, procurement and other supplier agreements.
- Drafting and negotiation of subcontracting agreements and flow-down terms.
- Other advisory work regarding data protection/TUPE matters.
Experience requirements:
- Solid legal experience either in-house or at a top law firm ideally with secondment/in-house experience.
- Strong knowledge of commercial contracts including drafting and negotiation with a focus on procurement.
- Around 6 + PQE.
