An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Legal Counsel to join a collaborative and high-performing legal team within a dynamic international business. This is a strategically important role supporting multiple functions and geographies, including commercial, medical affairs, regulatory, and compliance.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide proactive legal advice across various international markets
- Draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial and compliance-related contracts
- Support corporate governance and advise on legal risk

About you:
- Qualified solicitor or equivalent with significant post-qualification experience
- Background in life sciences, ideally with both private practice and in-house experience
- Skilled in commercial, regulatory, compliance, and data/privacy law
- Collaborative, pragmatic and commercially aware
- Fluent in English, with German language skills strongly preferred
