Frazer Jones are excited to be working exclusively with one of our favourite and most respected clients to find them a Reward & Benefits Manager to join them in role that will give you a superb balance of support and autonomy, working for one of the best employers we deal with. As Reward & Benefits Manager you will manage, and be supported by, a senior Reward Analyst and a HRIS/HR Analytics specialist – so it is important you have experience managing, mentoring and supporting the growth of a team. This is a really broad role covering predominantly the Compensation & Benefits strategy and delivery for their UK population, but also overseeing and being a real champion for the People Analytics side, and supporting the Global Mobility program acting as a liaison for the external providers. It’s a busy role, but at an organisation that truly values its staff and their work-life balance, offers a brilliant benefits package (including an industry beating pension and free lunch in the office!), and the chance to get involved in some really exciting projects.
