A leading law firm is seeking an enthusiastic Innovation Lead to join their legal innovation team on a full‑time basis. The primary focus of this role is to facilitate the adoption of new tools and solutions to elevate legal service delivery within the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cultivating strong relationships with lawyers firm‑wide.
• Developing and executing engagement strategies.
• Aligning initiatives with the firm’s strategic objectives.
• Participating in meetings to provide updates on legal technology advancements.
• Serving as a subject‑matter expert on current and emerging legal tech tools.
• Supporting the implementation and integration of new legal technology.
• Designing and conducting tailored training sessions for lawyers.
• Promoting the adoption of new tools and offering necessary assistance.
• Monitoring and evaluating adoption rates and effectiveness of implemented solutions.
• Sharing industry insights and best practices.
• Contributing to team objectives and priorities.

Required Experience and Skills:

• Profound knowledge of legal processes and workflows.
• Exceptional communication skills and relationship‑building capabilities.
• Proven track record in identifying and implementing innovative solutions.
• A genuine enthusiasm for innovation and a history of driving engagement and adoption.

To excel in this role, it is desirable that you have previous experience in legal innovation, a comprehensive understanding of available legal technology tools, as well as strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
