Copello have partnered with an established Engineering business in the recruitment of an IVVQ Manager. The role is based out of Whiteley but flexible for hybrid working.
The IVVQ Manager will be responsible for leading a team of engineers in the preparation and execution of integration, verification, validation, and qualification (IVVQ) activities. They will ensure all products adhere to the highest quality standards. This role involves developing and implementing testing protocols, analysing outcomes, and continuously improving processes on new and legacy systems.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Proven leadership in a technical environment
- Strong background in quality assurance and system testing
- Experience in safety-critical or regulated domains, ideally ATM
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
Desirable Experience:
- Familiarity with military systems and high-integrity environments
- Experience using tools such as IBM Rational DOORS
- Knowledge of ATM systems (CNS) and system engineering best practices
