We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Consultant to support the implementation and optimisation of the NetSuite ERP platform within an exciting PE backed SaaS platform. This role will be central to ensuring successful deployment, configuration, and adoption of NetSuite across key business functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead or support the implementation of NetSuite ERP, including discovery, design, configuration, testing, and go-live phases.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, map processes, and design solutions using NetSuite functionality.
- Configure NetSuite modules such as Financials, Order Management, Inventory, CRM, or Projects, depending on business needs.
- Support data migration efforts including data mapping, cleansing, and validation.
- Collaborate with developers to specify customisations, workflows, and integrations.
- Provide training and user support to ensure successful adoption of the platform.
- Troubleshoot issues post-implementation and support ongoing system optimisation.
- Document system processes, configuration, and changes.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience with NetSuite implementation or administration (ideally 2+ full lifecycle implementations).
- Strong understanding of business processes across finance, operations, supply chain, or CRM.
- Ability to translate business requirements into NetSuite solutions.
- Experience with SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, or SuiteTalk is a plus (for technical consultants).
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- NetSuite certifications (e.g. SuiteFoundation, ERP Consultant) desirable but not essential.
