About you: You are a Senior Consultant as a techno-functional expert within the Delivery team, responsible for providing high-quality consulting services to customers in a designated Practice area. This role requires strong experience in DataCentre Migration (DCM) and IT consulting environments. The position involves leading small to medium engagements independently. The ideal candidate combines specialized migration expertise with excellent customer relationship skills and contributes to team development through mentoring junior colleagues.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver technical consultancy to diverse audiences, including both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Design and implement infrastructure solutions with technical precision
- Demonstrate advanced problem-solving and organizational capabilities
- Work effectively both independently and as part of larger project teams
- Lead small to medium customer engagements
- Support infrastructure and application migration/transformation initiatives
- Meet project timelines and customer deadlines consistently
- Mentor and develop junior team members
- Contribute to the ongoing development of the Consulting team
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- 3-5 years' experience in a consulting environment, designing and delivering customer solutions
- 3+ years' experience in solution design and deployment
- Demonstrated ability to successfully deliver customer projects
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated with the goal-oriented approach to work
- Broad knowledge of technical solutions with specialized expertise in a technical domain
- Experience with infrastructure platforms (VMware/Storage/Networking/Firewalls)
- Cloud technology expertise (Private/Public/Hybrid, particularly VMware/Azure)
- Familiarity with discovery tooling and migration strategies
- Relevant current technical certifications
- Ability to apply initiative in task execution and problem solving
