About the Role:
NuTrade Recruitment is working with a leading national contractor in the quarry sector who is looking for a Senior Electrical Project Manager to join their team and help grow their business.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and manage a team of site electricians
- Work closely with the Head Office Projects team for smooth operations
- Be the main point of contact for customers on assigned projects
- Deliver projects on time and within budget, both onsite and from the office
- Plan logistics, materials, and storage for projects
- Build strong customer relationships to secure future work
- Support customers during breakdowns with quick solutions
- Develop preventative maintenance programs for new and existing customers
- Help with project estimates and manage any changes or extra costs
- Assist in recruiting and supporting the team
- Communicate regularly with your team about projects and customer needs
- Ensure projects close out successfully and customers are happy
- Maintain professional, clear communication with all stakeholders
- Provide technical support when needed
- Follow all electrical standards (BS7671) and keep work areas tidy
