You will play a vital role in supporting students across various learning settings, including one-on-one, small group, and whole-class environments. Your focus will be on ensuring that every child receives the individualised support they need to thrive in a calm, structured, and positive learning atmosphere. Working closely with teachers and support staff, you will help deliver engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to diverse learning needs. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, youwill contribute to the development of personalised lesson plans and activities designed to inspire, motivate, and bring out the best in each pupil.
