Role Description

This is a contract Music Director role located in Birmingham. As a Music Director at Harvesters Birmingham, you will lead music programs, direct musical performances, oversee music production, and enhance the overall worship experience through music. This role involves on-site work and collaborating with the worship team to create impactful music for the congregation.

Qualifications

• Music Theory and Music Education skills
• Experience in Music Production
• Knowledge of Church Music practices
• Strong musical abilities and talent
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work within a team environment
• Experience working in a worship setting is a plus
• Bachelor\’s degree in Music or related field
• Vocal and Musical arrangement – Essential
• Can sing (vocal coaching) – Essential
• Has Leadership skills – Essential
• Knowledge of music theory – Essential
• Can play an instrument – Desirable
