Our client is a very successful, respected Tier 2 contractor operating across the South Coast areas. As they continue their growth, they are searching for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team.

The ideal candidate will be a Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in Groundworks or Fit-Out. The company offers competitive salaries, along with the opportunity to grow with the business. Typically they work on large commercial projects, as well as heritage, hospitals and schools.

Role:

  • 3+ years' experience in Quantity Surveying.
  • Relevant qualifications in relation to Quantity Surveying (preferably a degree).
  • Commercial management of projects.
  • Monthly valuation preparation.
  • Cost control of projects.
  • Procurement & placement of bespoke material costs.
  • Relationship building with subcontractors, design team, and suppliers.
