• Plan and deliver CRM strategy and customer journey mapping
• Oversee a professional services team including – CRM Managers, Campaign Managers and ESP professionals

Requirements

• Customer success or agency experience focused on CRM / ESP / CDP
• Retail / eCommerce client experience
• Commerciality – grow accounts and secure repeat business
