Associate, Finance - Financial Accounting

With commercial operations underway and growth plans accelerating, the team is now hiring a strategic finance lead to support the founders across commercial finance, fundraising and financial planning. This is a rare opportunity to shape the financial direction of a fast-growing climate venture, working directly with the founders and playing a central role in scaling the business. Build and manage dynamic financial models across business and project lines Partner with founders to shape fundraising strategy, prepare investment materials and data rooms Model capital deployment, dilution and investment structures to support strategic decision-making Lead cashflow forecasting, scenario planning and financial analysis Create board reporting packs and track performance against key financial metrics Manage and oversee accounts to ensure accurate, up-to-date records Improve financial systems and processes to support scale 3 to 6 years’ experience in corporate finance, investment banking or consulting, ideally with exposure to startups and fundraising ~ Excellent financial modelling and analytical skills ~ Experience supporting capital raising and financial planning at an early-stage company ~ Opportunity to shape how finance function is built and scaled in a purpose-led business Remote-friendly setup, with preference for candidates based in the UK
