For Companies - Minimum of 8+ years’ experience as an Business Analyst
- Understanding of Investment Banking products in at least one asset class; Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives or FX
- Understanding of the Trade Lifecycle and Capital market
- Requirements elicitation, functional design, and problem-solving skills – structured, formal approach to analysis tasks
- Ability to convey requirements to developers in a way that’s clearly understood by them.
- Expertise in Agile engineering practices (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, LEAN)
- Should have worked on JIRA, Confluence for requirement management.
- Accountability for delivery – takes ownership of tasks assigned to ultimate resolution with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (comfortable in written and verbal communications) to facilitate with users from around the world and from different cultural backgrounds), relationship management and flexible interpersonal skills.
- Fluent communication, excellent articulation, and presentation skills
- Experience working in Investment Banking – Exposure to Debt markets / Equities / FX with understanding of trade life cycle.
- Good knowledge of SQL and RDBMS databases
- Experience facing off business stakeholders – trading desks, middle office and sales for requirement gathering query resolutions etc.
