The Plant Manager will be responsible for: Overseeing daily plant operations to ensure efficient production and high standards of health and safety. Leading and motivating a team to achieve operational excellence. Managing the financial performance of the plant, including budget planning and cost control. Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations. Developing and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. Ensuring all staff are fully trained in safe working practices and proper use of equipment.Experience required for the Plant Manager role: Proven experience in a leadership role within a plant or similar industrial setting. Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental legislation. Technical expertise in managing fixed and mobile plant.
