Global Structured Private Credit Manager
Do you hold the following experience?
- At least 5 years working closely with legal documentation for private market investments—particularly debt or hybrid capital structures
- Exposure to structured finance transactions (e.g., preferred equity, subordinated debt, convertible instruments, payment-in-kind arrangements)
- Experience at an investment manager, private markets platform, or bank with direct responsibility for interpreting term sheets and documentation
- A practical understanding of how deal terms affect fund valuations, investor reporting, and internal finance systems

The Role

You will:
- Review and interpret legal documents—extracting key economic terms and ensuring downstream systems reflect the deal accurately
- Track post-deal behaviour (e.g., capitalised interest vs. cash flow), working closely with investment and valuations teams
- Own the creation and accuracy of internal investment summaries used by fund finance, accounting, and investor reporting
