We are looking for a forward-thinking, diligent, and enthusiastic individual to join our team in a remote, home-based role. This position offers flexibility for both part-time and full-time candidates, with weekend work being a core requirement. We are flexible with scheduling, offering options such as Saturday and Sunday, Wednesday to Sunday, or Friday to Tuesday.

As this is a fully remote position, you will primarily deliver courses online. However, occasional travel may be required to our UK centres to support specific training needs.

Key Requirements:
  • You must have one of the following experiences:
  • 3 years of health and safety management in construction.
  • 3 years of site management experience in construction.
  • 3 years of project management experience in construction.
Courses You’ll Deliver:

You will be responsible for delivering a variety of courses, primarily:

  • Site Safety Plus Courses (HSA, SSSTS & SMSTS)
  • First Aid Courses
  • IOSH
  • Other related courses
What We Need from You:
  • To work in alignment with CST Training values and implement our policies and standards.
  • Competency in various IT systems, with adaptability to new systems as needed.
  • You will also have the opportunity to develop your assessing skills to deliver and assess:
  • ILM Level 5 Leadership and Management related qualifications.
  • NVQ Level 2 and above, focused on the construction industry.
Essential Qualifications:

While it is beneficial to have one or more of the following qualifications, we are willing to support you in gaining them if you are the right fit:

  • NEBOSH National Certificate in Construction Safety and Health.
  • NVQ/SVQ Level 3, 4, 5 or 6 in Occupational Safety and Health.
  • Health and Safety degree.
  • NEBOSH Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health Part 2, or NEBOSH Units A, B, C, and D.
  • Diploma in Safety Management Level 6.
Plus:

A minimum of three years of occupational experience in a construction or health and safety-related management role, which you can evidence.

Desirable Skills and Criteria:
  • Excellent communication, IT, and written skills.
  • Great people skills.
  • Superb self-management skills.
  • Up-to-date CPD (within the last 12 months).
  • Solid experience and competency across several disciplines.
  • CITB Site Safety Plus (Approved Tutor Certificate), or willingness to work towards this.
  • Adult Teaching Qualification (AET) or equivalent, or willingness to work towards this.
