We’re redesigning the entire veterinary experience from the ground up, using a membership model to make access to care seamless and joyful every day for pets and their parents. No more struggling to get an appointment, waiting around in drab clinics, and being treated by a different vet every time. We’re delivering personal service, beautiful spaces, clever tech, and plenty of treats for pets and people alike.

As we grow, we’re looking for an enthusiastic Membership Executive to drive new member recruitment, as well as the activation and retention of our existing members in our ever-increasing number of vet clinics. Reporting to our Director of Sales & Memberships, this is an in-person role, based primarily in our Chelsea clinic. You will also spend some time at our Edgware Road HQ with the wider Marketing team.

Job requirements:

  • Hands-on experience in sales or membership-focused roles
  • 2+ years of membership sales and management experience (client roles only)
  • Familiar with CRM platforms (e.g. Freshsales, Pipedrive, Hubspot)
  • Passion for delivering excellent experiences that build lasting member relationships
  • Previous high-growth startup or membership business exposure is a big plus
  • Prior hyper-local marketing or subscription experience is a bonus too
  • With your can-do attitude, hitting big targets is easy as 1, 2, 3…
  • Persuasive and personable, your communication skills are simply second to none
  • You’re a professional plate juggler – having multiple projects on-the-go is the kind of thing that gets you out of bed in the morning
  • You’ll be comfortable working as a one-man-band or playing your part in a team
  • If sitting at a desk, 9-5, is what you’re after, this role probably isn’t for you

Job responsibilities:

  • Working with your manager, drive new subscription membership sales
  • Identify new ways to attract new members in a 2-mile local catchment area
  • Launch outreach and engagement initiatives, increasing visibility within local communities
  • Partner with a team of brand ambassadors for local lead generation
  • Maintain and manage the growing waitlist of prospective members for your clinic
  • Forge and maintain strong relationships with existing members, and run retention and winback activities for members who have churned
  • Organise and run tours, ‘open days’ and events at the clinic to drive footfall
  • Be a trusted, consistent contact for our members, ensuring their CC membership journey is running smoothly in collaboration with clinical teams
  • Track and report on membership metrics to inform strategy and improve performance
  • Forge strong, friendly and collaborative relationships with the clinic and HQ teams
  • Work with the wider marketing team to unify customer communications across all touch points to deliver a consistent brand experience

Job benefits:

  • Uncapped incentive plan for achieving membership targets
  • Hybrid working with a dog-friendly Edgware Road office
  • Being part of a people (and animal)-first culture
  • 25 days annual leave (plus your birthday off after 1 year’s service)
  • Salary Sacrifice Workplace Pension Scheme provided by Nest
  • World-class team with room to grow and learn from those around you
