Quantity Surveyor

Join us as a Quantity Surveyor, where you\’ll manage the financial aspects of luxury residential projects. Your role will involve overseeing variations, preparing detailed valuations, and final accounts, all while using your technical skills to help deliver complex projects successfully.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with architects, clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
• Manage variations and accurately record their impact on final accounts.
• Assist in pricing and tracking variations, ensuring all CVIs and AIs are received.
• Prepare and present valuations, final accounts, and monthly cost analyses.
• Forecast cash flow and job costs for assigned projects.

What You’ll Need:

• Strong experience in private residential contracting.
• Knowledge of property taxation, contracts, and law.
• Expertise in both traditional and modern building methods.
• Logical and methodical problem-solving skills.
• Confident communicator with various stakeholders.
