Corporate Tax NQ role | International Firm

You will join the tax team of an international law firm that undertakes a varied and interesting workload.

The team advise on transactional and advisory matters, including

• Mid-market corporate transactions
• Real estate and finance transactions
• Restructuring and insolvencies
• Tax implications of structuring UK and EU businesses
• Inbound investment
• Employment tax issues
• Indirect tax risks in commercial agreements.

The team comprises one partner, two legal directors, and two associates. Given the compact size of the team, you can expect significant exposure to high-quality work and excellent opportunities to contribute to market engagement and business development initiatives.

Requirements

• NQ solicitor with a minimum of one rotation in tax during your training contract
• Strong academic background
• Genuine interest in international tax
• Desire to assist with business development initiatives
