Director Global Engineering

Global Engineering Manager, salary up to £120,000, based hybrid with international travel.

Responsible for the technical oversight and strategic direction of a global team of Application Engineers working on Enterprise-level security systems, utilising C Cure, Lenel and Genetec access control at the heart of the system. Implement and control processes for documents, engineering standards and best practise, train and develop the team, driving innovation and use of cutting-edge technologies. Carry out client presentations and provide technical backup to the commercial team on proposals.

Candidates must have in-depth knowledge and experience of enterprise-level security system technologies and be an expert in one or more of such systems as Lenel, C Cure or Genetec. They must also have experience in the management of diverse remote technical teams involved at all stages of projects, and must be confident speakers able to present technical solutions to prestigious end-users.
