Are you ready to take the reins of a fast-paced, dynamic eCommerce operation? We’re looking for an exceptional eCommerce Manager to join our team and drive growth, innovation, and customer satisfaction in our online channels. We are currently launching our EU warehouse, adding more retailable products and growing the brand globally.
About the Role: As our eCommerce Manager, you’ll oversee the strategy, execution, and performance of our eCommerce platforms. From optimising user experiences to managing marketing campaigns, you'll be the key driver of our online success. Reporting directly to our founder and co-managing a small marketing team.
- Manage and coordinate digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media, with paid marketing being a key focus area.
- Oversee inventory, logistics, and fulfilment processes to ensure timely deliveries within agreed service levels.
- Stay updated with the latest eCommerce trends and technologies to keep our platforms competitive.
- Website Management: take ownership of the websites, create and lead trading calendars to achieve targets, manage day-to-day website activities and site merchandising.
- Partnering with marketing teams to identify promotional cadence, market/consumer/seasonality priorities.
- Planning, briefing and executing global and regional campaigns across the website and marketing channels, working with the global team to get the right assets, and with our agencies for timely execution.
- Working closely with the UK and EU warehouse Trading: Support to deliver a strong trade and marketing plan, supported by effective online merchandising and a considered pricing and promotional strategy.
- User Experience Optimisation: Identify new initiatives and ensure an exceptional customer experience by optimising the website's usability, design, and functionality.
- Combine an A/B testing roadmap with support from the Global Digital and Creative teams to enhance the online shopping journey and improve overall site performance.
- Analysis & Reporting: Own the data analysis of the websites to identify opportunities in consumer profiling and targeting working with the wider team.
- Analyse and regularly report on e-commerce performance based on a set of agreed metrics.
Strong knowledge of Shopify+ is essential, along with Facebook, Tiktok and Google ads knowledge.
Exceptional organisational and project management skills. A creative problem-solver with a customer-first mindset. Proven track record of delivering results in an e-commerce manager role, ideally outside of the UK and US and in multiple languages.
Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify experience preferred but not essential). Strong commercial and trade experience, with a deep understanding of the key levers to pull throughout the marketing funnel to drive growth within e-commerce.
Previous experience designing and executing strategy around the different user journeys across social, search, paid proficiency in digital platforms, analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
Detail-oriented, with experience in managing website operations and online merchandising. Exceptional analytical and data-driven capabilities.
