What the Recruitment Consultant will be doing:
- Screening and assessment – conduct thorough screening interviews with candidates both over the phone and video.
- Build bespoke talent pools within your specific niche.
- Maintaining internal candidate databases.
What the Recruitment Consultant should bring:
- ~2 + years in a 360-recruitment role or delivery role.
- ~ Our client will also look at grads or candidates looking for their first role within Sales/Recruitment.
- ~ Strong knowledge of the recruitment process and industry trends.
- ~ Tech recruitment experience would be an advantage.
What the Recruitment Consultant will get in return:
You will receive a basic salary of up to £55,000 + £120k OTE (uncapped) with established delivery consultants doing £150k +, mapped out progression, international travel opportunities & much, much more!!
