My client is a leading US Mid-Market investment bank with a strong and growing presence in London. This role offers the chance to work on complex, high-impact transactions in a collaborative, entrepreneurial culture.
The Opportunity
They are looking to hire at the Associate level for their award-winning FIG team based in London and are looking to speak with ambitious individuals. You will have the opportunity to work with a reputable senior team, experience very strong live deal flow, gain extensive client exposure, and accelerate your investment banking career.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support execution of sell-side M&A mandates
- Build and review financial models, forecasts, and valuations
- Prepare high-quality pitch materials, IMs, and presentations
- Conduct strategic and financial due diligence
- Collaborate directly with clients, investors, and internal stakeholders
- Guide and mentor junior team members
Skills:
- 4–6 years of M&A experience in FIG – Insurance (from advisory, banking, Big 4, or corporate development)
- Solid deal execution background with strong financial skills
- Proficient in valuation techniques, financial modelling, and market analysis
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
