Management Accountant

Job Title: Management AccountantLocation: Redditch£40,000- £45,000 per annum depending on your experienceAre you an experienced Management Accountant looking for a stand-alone role where you can truly take ownership of the finance function?We’re currently seeking a confident and proactive Management Accountant to join our team in Redditch. This is a pivotal role, ideal for someone who thrives on responsibility and enjoys being hands-on with all aspects of the management accounts process.Management Accountant Key Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of the end-to-end monthly management accounts process
• Prepare and post journals, accruals, and prepayments
• Conduct daily banking reconciliations and ensure accurate cash position reporting
• Manage and forecast Euro cash flow to support business operations
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities
• Collaborate with internal departments to provide financial insight and reporting
• Maintain and improve financial controls and procedures
• Assist with audit preparation and respond to auditor queries

The successful Management Accountant will have the following skills and experience

• Qualified or QBE (ACCA / CIMA / ACA or equivalent)
• Proven experience in a standalone Management Accountant role
• Strong understanding of end-to-end management accounting processes
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
• Strong Excel skills and experience with accounting software
• Effective communicator who enjoys working across teams
