Taylor Root have partnered with a leading US law firm in their search for an experienced Associate to join their Banking & Finance team.
The Firm: A leading full service US firm, with specialisms in arbitration, banking and finance, capital markets, corporate, private equity, real estate and competition. Whilst maintaining its reputation for a leading US firm, our client actually implements more relaxed target hours for their Associates, targeting 1650.
The Team: The Banking & Finance practice advises borrowers and lenders on some of the most complex and innovative financing transactions and structures. They represent banks, finance companies, hedge funds, private equity sponsors, and corporate borrowers in a variety of matters including:
- Leveraged finance, debt and direct lending
- Asset finance (focus on aircraft and rail)
- Infrastructure finance
- Fund finance
- Real estate finance
- Restructuring
The Ideal Candidate: You will have at least 1 – 4 years of experience working in a leading Banking & Finance practice. This role will remain a broad remit of finance transactions so ideally you will be coming from a similar background.
