YOUR MISSION AS SALES ASSISTANT Your mission is to provide outstanding service, drive sales, and ensure the store runs smoothly, always embodying our brand values.
- Understand and work toward daily and monthly sales goals.
- Apply sales strategies defined by management.
- Offer warm, personalized, brand-aligned service.
- Actively participate in team sales challenges.
Store Operations & Organization Support with stock organization and inventory control. Handle returns, online exchanges, and order follow-ups. Complete store documents (Excel reports, incident logs, stock tracking, etc.). Help maintain the store’s visual and operational standards.
Preferred: intermediate English level and experience in premium brands.
