A leading national construction consultancy is looking to appoint an ambitious Building Surveyor to join their growing Leeds team.
The Building Surveyors\β role
The successful Building Surveyor will become a key member of a tight-knit and highly regarded team, delivering a full range of commercial professional services including technical due diligence, defect diagnosis, party wall matters, measured surveys, and planned preventative maintenance.
This role also offers the opportunity to manage and deliver a variety of refurbishment, fit-out, and new build projects, spanning sectors such as commercial, education, and retail. The workload is both diverse and engaging, offering strong project ownership and client interaction from the outset.
