For Companies We are currently recruiting for support workers for a residential home based in Coventry which supports residents 18+ with mental health conditions.
Your role will be to ensure the residents are able to live as independent a life as possible by assisting with their everyday lives when needed.
Job Requirements:
- Experience working with learning disabilities
- DBS on update service (Desirable)
- Buccal Midazolam Training
- CPI Training
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Good at problem-solving and ability to make quick decisions
Key Responsibilities:
- Encourage new skill development
- Attending appointments
- Enabling independence by assisting with day-to-day tasks
- Measure and record patients\’ vital signs such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
