Senior Communications Manager

An experienced and strategic Employee Communications professional is needed to lead engaging, effective communications related to Total Rewards and other HR (People & Purpose) initiatives across the EMEA, APAC, and Japan regions. The ideal candidate is a strong writer with a deep understanding of internal communications, global HR programs, and stakeholder collaboration, particularly within a fast-paced, high-tech environment. This role involves developing impactful content, aligning communications with organisational goals, and continuously improving employee engagement through measurement and innovation.

• 8+ years in employee/internal communications, ideally in the tech sector
• Expertise in international benefits and total rewards communication
• Strong writing and editing skills across various formats and channels
• Strategic communication planning with measurable results
