Based in Central London, we’re a hard-working, close-knit team passionate about delivering design-led furniture solutions across the fast-moving residential and commercial property sectors.
We’re on the lookout for a Senior Business Development Manager with a strong background in residential property, ideally with experience working with property developers or within a development firm. This Manchester-based position will play a critical role in driving business growth across the North of England, while also serving as a mentor to the local sales team.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across the North, with a focus on property developers and residential portfolios.
- Mentor and guide the Manchester-based sales team, contributing to a high-performance culture.
- Communicate with clients through various channels including phone, email, social media, and in-person meetings.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in business development within the residential real estate sector.
Established network within the Northern property market.
