An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Aftersales Manager to join Lloyd BMW/MINI based in Cockermouth. Salary: £42,000 with OTE £60,000 Hours: 08:00 – 17:30 (1 Saturday in 4) & half an hour unpaid lunch. Role responsibilities: * Managing the Service and Parts team to ensure first class customer service to both internal and external customers. * Develops the technical skills and workmanship of the team to continually improve the quality of customer service and profitability of department * Work with Marketing team to maximise opportunity within AOI and customer retention strategy * Creating annual sales & profit plans & forecasts along with operational budgets. * Finance and Cost control; To work closely with your Retailer Accountant, to understand, monitor, control and manage costs where possible. * Stock Management – ensuring that there is adequate stock available on site at all times and that processes are followed in correctly identifying and warehousing of stock items. * Ensuring best practice housekeeping and health and safety standards are kept for both service and parts departments.
