Corporate Finance OR Strategy Consultant – NEO Bank (Contract Role, UK-Based)

We are seeking multiple experienced Corporate Finance Consultant OR Strategy Consultants with expertise in NEO banking to support a strategic review and potential sale of a digital bank. This contract role will involve:

• Conducting a strategic review of pricing structures and identifying areas for improvement.
• Performing valuation work in preparation for a potential sale.
• Providing insights into financial modelling, investor positioning, and M&A processes.

Other responsibilities may include:

• Conducting a strategic review of market positioning and pricing.
• Mapping competitive landscapes and identifying optimisation opportunities.
• Supporting the process of preparing the NEO bank for a potential sale.

Requirements:

• Strong background in corporate finance, investment banking, or M&A advisory. An executive level exposure at a Neobank is also of interest.
• Experience with NEO banks, fintechs, or financial services transactions.
• Proven ability to assess pricing strategies and market positioning.

This is a contract role based in the UK. Immediate availability is preferred.
