BioTalent are delighted to be partnering with a pharmaceutical organisation who are looking to recruit for a Validation Manager to join the team on a permanent basis. This is a unique position with a great opportunity to either continue your career at management level, or make the step up into gaining management experience.

You will be responsible for maintaining the company’s validation policy and framework, spearheading compliance initiatives, and acting as the primary point of contact for validation during audits and meetings with regulatory bodies, clients, and notified bodies.

You will be responsible for:

  • Define and implement validation standards across the organisation, reporting performance to the quality SLT.
  • Oversee the Qualification and Validation aspects of the Quality Management System, ensuring consistent and effective application.
  • Deliver internal training on validation and qualification processes.
  • Author and implement validation protocols, plans, and reports.

You will bring the following:

  • At least 3+ years’ experience working specifically in a validation related position within a pharmaceutical/Medical device organisation.
  • Good leadership and communications – previous background line managing or overseeing a team would be advantageous.
  • Skilled in leading audits and management reviews.
  • CSV experience is also highly advantageous.
