VHR is seeking a commercially minded Growth Marketing Specialist with a strong focus on lead generation and client acquisition to help scale our international recruitment business. Your mission will be to drive high-value B2B leads, expand our client database, and ensure leads are effectively nurtured and converted through intelligent marketing strategies. You will work closely with sales and recruitment teams to achieve measurable KPIs.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Generation & Pipeline Growth
- Own and execute lead generation strategies targeting decision-makers within aviation, motorsport, automotive, and engineering.
- Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of potential clients through inbound and outbound campaigns.
- Define and deliver against monthly and quarterly lead generation KPIs (e.g., SQLs, conversion rates, database growth).
- Content & Campaign Strategy
- Create B2B content that resonates with industry pain points—blogs, white papers, case studies, landing pages, and email campaigns.
- Align content strategy with business goals to attract, convert, and retain client leads.
- Ensure all content supports list growth, brand positioning, and sales enablement.
- Database & CRM Optimisation
- Work within our CRM (Bullhorn or similar) to segment, tag, and manage client databases for maximum impact.
- Implement workflows to keep leads warm through targeted nurture sequences and automated follow-ups.
- Monitor database health and lead lifecycle progression, reporting against targets.
- Email Marketing & Automation
- Deliver segmented and personalised email marketing campaigns to move leads through the funnel.
- A/B test messaging, subject lines, and CTAs to improve engagement and conversion.
- Use behavioural triggers and drip campaigns to engage cold leads and re-engage dormant contacts.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Track and report on KPIs including MQLs, lead-to-client conversion rate, campaign ROI, and database growth.
- Use insights to continuously optimise lead generation and nurturing efforts.
- Proven experience in B2B growth marketing with a focus on lead generation and nurturing.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools.
- Strong copywriting and content creation ability tailored to technical sectors and buyer personas.
