About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for a skilled Joinerto join our maintenance/planned works team across social housing properties.
Key Responsibilities:

Carry out a full range of joinery repairs and maintenance in occupied and void properties

Install and repair doors, door frames, skirting, kitchens, flooring, and other timber-based fixtures

Support planned and responsive maintenance works across the housing stock

Ensure all work meets health and safety and regulatory standards

Accurately record job details and complete paperwork or digital logs using a PDA or mobile system
Requirements:

NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Carpentry & Joinery (or equivalent)

Proven experience in domestic joinery, ideally within social housing or similar environments

Full UK driving licence

CSCS desirable
