Job Summary: The Plant Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of plant operations, ensuring the achievement of production goals, quality standards, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires a seasoned site leader with a proven track record in turnaround situations and KPI enhancement. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive experience in manufacturing, and preferably hold a Six Sigma Black Belt or have an engineering background.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality, and logistics.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
