Are you a skilled Administrator with duties including Accounts and Finance? Are you seeking an all-round finance focused role where you can use the full range of your skills on a daily basis and develop your skills and experience? A new role for a full time Finance Administrator is now available for this amazing small, independent charity fully dedicated to changing the lives of women by providing vital support and services.

What you will be doing
- Recording of weekly housekeeping and rental income to ensure all payments have been received.
- Liaising with external agencies regarding funding, initiating invoices and ensuring payments are received in a timely manner.
- Processing donations and income by recording on both internal and external systems.
- Processing expenses and invoices in line with the Finance Policy for the weekly payment run.
- Recording grant expenditure.
- Carry out weekly and monthly reporting.
- Issue petty cash and vouchers and reconcile these on a monthly basis.
Skills, abilities and experience to thrive in this role:
- Excellent numeracy and IT skills.
- Microsoft 365 skills essential. Strong Excel skills an advantage.
- Excellent administrative skills.
- Experience of bookkeeping is desirable but not essential.
- Previous experience of accounting packages desirable but not essential.
- Excellent attention to detail and highly organised.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Understanding of and commitment to upholding confidentiality.
- Commitment to aims and objectives of the charity.
- Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
- Ability to set clear boundaries and maintain them.
- A full, clean and valid driving licence.
- Ability to achieve targets, particularly whilst working under pressure and in crisis situations.
- Adaptable, with the ability to work on a varied range of finance related duties on a daily/weekly basis.
