The Role: We are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer / Delivery Consultant / Resourcing Consultant to join our Aerospace & Defence team based from our HQ in Salford. In this role you will be working on high volume contract roles across a wide range of technical and non-technical engineering (not IT) positions for our large portfolio of prestigious clients. You will need to work at pace to meet the demands of our clients whilst still providing top quality talent and a high touch service. You will be working alongside a team of highly experienced Consultants who all work collaboratively. Our Aerospace & Defence team are award winning allowing Morson to be the UK's leading in the sector. If you want to work as part of an award winning team then we want to hear from you!

What We’re Looking For:

  • An individual with experience of working in a high volume recruitment sector, ideally from a recruitment agency background.
  • Experience of working contract roles, technical recruitment experience is desirable but not essential.
  • A good understanding of working out a rate / margin for contract hires.
  • Self-motivation, tenacity, and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Great communication skills and an eye for detail.
