About The Role

- Plan and implement personalised care that gives residents a real sense of security, dignity and independence.
- Get to know residents and their families to help deliver truly personal care plans.
- Lead a team of Care Assistants, maintaining the highest standards of care and influencing the team.
- Assist the Registered Nurse and Care Manager, providing physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities and administering medication.
- Maintain accurate records of the care you deliver and build strong relationships with the rest of your team.
Ideally, you’ll have completed a Level 2 Diploma S/NVQ in Adult Social Care and are working towards a Level 3 qualification in Adult Social Care or equivalent. You have a background in person‑centred care planning and knowledge of caring for people with dementia. What’s essential is your brilliant positive energy, natural ability to get along with people, excellent record‑keeping skills and a considerate, kind approach to every interaction.
