Our client, Stockport MBC, is looking for 2x Team Managers for their Mash Team (Childrens) Hybrid working arrangements with a minimum of two days per week working from home. Main Purpose of the Job To be accountable to the Service Lead for the management of referrals made to Stockport\’s Multi Agency Safeguarding and Support Hub (MASSH). To be accountable for the quality of the front-line social work service provided by the first response team located in Stockport\’s MASSH. To ensure an effective, coordinated response to needs of children, young people and families identified through MASSH enquiries. To identify and secure the most appropriate service to support and safeguard children and families. To ensure that team planning is based on systematic needs assessment and that team performance meets national and local objectives and targets; agreed quality standards; within national and local procedures and within available resourcesBenefits of working with Remedy A personal one-one service from your highly experienced dedicated consultant.
