My client is a high-performing property buying company based in stunning Liverpool Street offices, purchasing properties directly from vendors — often completing transactions in as little as 7 working days. With over £100m worth of property purchases and more than 750 vendors using their service each year, they are one of the UK’s largest cash-buying firms, offering vendors a trusted, fast, and stress-free selling experience.
This role would perfectly suit a Senior Sales Negotiator or someone with strong property sales experience who’s looking to make a dynamic move into business development — with faster commission cycles, a clear path for progression, and a vibrant, results-driven team environment.
The Role:
- Act as the first point of contact for new vendor enquiries.
- Qualify inbound leads quickly and efficiently.
- Manage a high volume of warm inbound leads.
- Guide vendors through the property buying process with professionalism and empathy.
- Work closely with senior decision-makers to drive deals to completion.
