With over 30 years of expertise, our client is one of the UK’s premier importers and wholesalers of exquisite natural stone slabs – including marble, granite, and quartzite. They are known for their exceptional quality, extensive stockholding, and outstanding service. As they continue to grow, they are seeking a passionate Field Account Manager to join the dynamic team and represent the brand across the South of England.

As the Field Account Manager, you will serve as the face of the company in the field. You will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with new and existing customers, promoting the product range, and delivering a premium customer experience. This is a field-based role, requiring extensive travel within the region, meeting clients, delivering samples, and attending industry events. Ideally, you will be based within 1 hour commute of the head office in Rickmansworth, Herts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and grow customer relationships with fabricators, kitchen studios, designers, and architects.
  • Thoroughly follow up leads supplied to you by the in-house sales team.
  • Promote premium stone products through in-person visits and presentations.
  • Provide expert advice on stone selections and applications.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate visit schedules, sales reports, and customer records.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and networking events.
About You
  • Industry experience in natural stone, building materials, or interior products (desirable).
  • Outgoing, personable and a confident communicator.
  • Proven experience in field sales, field account management or B2B customer-facing roles.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with strong time management skills.
  • Capable of working independently while staying connected with head office.
  • Full UK driving licence.
