My client is a boutique law firm with an enviable HNW client base. They seek an Executive PA to support a partner who spends much of his time travelling. The firm has an enviable reputation for staff retention.
Key Responsibilities of Executive PA:
- Be the first point of contact for clients - managing communications and building strong relationships
- Manage complex diaries and coordinate meetings across the UK and internationally
- Organise travel, transport, and accommodation with precision
- Keep the partner on track with key deadlines and priorities
- Prepare, type, and compile professional documents and correspondence
- Maintain and improve administrative systems and filing structures
- Liaise confidently with internal teams and external clients
- Handle expenses, timesheets, and assist with light accounts duties
The candidate for Executive PA:
- Proven experience in a PA or Executive Assistant role ideally in a professional services firm although you don’t need to be a legal secretary
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong IT skills, particularly in MS Office
- Discretion, reliability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- The ability to deal directly with HNW clients
