Receptionist

Receptionist – Temporary We are recruiting a temporary Receptionist to start Thursday 22nd May for roughly 1-2 weeks, working Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (37.5 hours per week) Duties will include: Greet visitors and staff with a positive, helpful attitude Helping maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs Preparing and clearing meeting rooms Answering phones in a professional manner, and screening calls as necessary Performing ad-hoc administrative dutiesCandidate experience required: Must have worked within a similar Reception or Administrative position recently Excellent telephone and communication skills Flexible and adaptable with an approachable attitude Good team playerSalary is £12.50 per hour Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm Free parking on-site Must be available to begin a new role immediately Huntress does not discriminate on the grounds of age, race, gender, disability, creed or sexual orientation and complies with all relevant UK legislation.
